Does it include perfume?

No. Your LAILÈ case includes an empty 5 ml refillable perfume diffuser, so you can fill it with your favourite fragrance and always carry it with you.

Which phones is it compatible with?

LAILÈ cases are compatible with iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Please check your model before placing your order.

Can I combine black and gold bottles?

Yes. The diffusers are available in black and gold, so you can match them with your case and your style. You can also purchase additional diffusers separately.

How long does one bottle last?

Each 5 ml diffuser provides approximately 60–70 sprays. How long it lasts depends on how frequently you use it. Once it is empty, you can simply refill it with your favourite perfume.

Why does it cost more than a regular phone case?

Does it protect my phone like a regular case?

LAILÈ combines a TPU structure with raised edges around the camera, designed to help protect your phone during everyday use. Like any phone case, it cannot guarantee protection against damage from every drop or impact.

Can the perfume leak and damage my phone?

The LAILÈ diffuser has an independent reservoir and an airtight closure designed to prevent leaks and keep the perfume separate from your phone during normal use.

What is the diffuser made of?

The diffuser features a spray head, an inner PCTG reservoir and a metal alloy base. Its transparent reservoir allows you to see how much perfume is left.

Is the diffuser reservoir durable?

Yes. It is made from PCTG, a lightweight and impact-resistant plastic. The reservoir is not made of glass and is designed for everyday use.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for mainland Spain. For other destinations, please check the shipping conditions before placing your order.

How do I refill the diffuser?

It is refilled from the base. Remove the spray button from your perfume bottle, place the bottom valve of the diffuser over the perfume bottle nozzle and press down several times to transfer the perfume. The transparent reservoir allows you to see the fill level.

Can I use my usual perfume?

Yes, you can fill it with your favourite perfume, as long as the perfume bottle nozzle is compatible with the bottom-refill system. You can also have several diffusers, each filled with a different fragrance.

Can I return the case if I change my mind?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return in accordance with our returns policy. The diffuser must be returned empty and clean. Please check the full conditions and steps on our website.

How do I clean and care for my LAILÈ case?

Clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Avoid abrasive products, solvents and direct contact between perfume and the finishes of the case. Do not immerse it in water and keep it away from intense heat.
