Delivery Times

• Mainland Spain: 2–5 business days.
• Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4–7 business days.
• Europe (EU): 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once payment has been confirmed. Delays may occur during periods of high demand, such as sales, Black Friday and Christmas.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over €59 within mainland Spain.
• For all other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.
